The EDGE program is a 16-week nutrition program for athletes who really want to break their records and improve their performance with sports nutrition.

Why Nutrition Edge?

Because it’s the extra edge in nutrition, the edge that will make you perform better! The Edge program is the result of 8 years of experience in sports nutrition. After working as a nutritionist consultant for several years with endurance athletes and as a speaker in sports nutrition, I came to two conclusions:

1- Nutrition consultations only work in the short term

Unfortunately, this is not a viable solution for the long term and for creating lifestyle habits.

After a few sessions, athletes are able to follow a plan and understand the basics of how and why they should do what they do with their nutrition. However, they don’t have time to really integrate the knowledge and build a lifestyle. They become dependent on the counseling service through the years and the various stages of their lives.

2 - Mountain of information, without knowing how to apply it to yourself

Acquiring knowledge in nutrition and sports nutrition through training and conferences seems great for the athlete at first glance, but afterwards, they are faced with a mountain of information, without knowing how to personalize these recommendations to their situation, their reality.

I had to find a solution to really help endurance athletes with their nutrition, and thus their performance, health and energy! The goal is to make them autonomous with their nutrition!

EDGE is an immersive 16-week program of sports nutrition training and personalized 1-on-1 and group coaching. After these 16 weeks, athletes know exactly what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat and why to eat it; they are self-sufficient with their nutrition!

What sets the EDGE program apart is the power of the group! EDGE is about learning in a challenging environment, having fun and being part of a community of amazing athletes who are rising together!

Plus, with EDGE, athletes improve their sports performance! One of our athletes beat his marathon time by 26 minutes, going from 3:52 to 3:26! That’s the EDGE advantage as he likes to describe it!
